In 34 years I have never felt the need to write a review, but having sought help from yourselves and in particular the work carried out by one of your employees Wesley I felt the need.
On contacting your company the office were very informative and helpful, and arranged the works to be carried out in more than a reasonable timescale.
We have three kids, a lot of washing and a lot of bathing, and before your visit it would take us an hour to run our bath….plus not be able to use numerous appliances at the same time.
We have had a new water supply pipe to the house and it has made a huge positive improvement.
I can now run the bath in five minutes and carry on with the endless chores that are needed to keep the household running accordingly…. in the proper amount of time.
Wes was a star…. very clean, very thorough, and very professional. He even took time to educate my young ones about pipes and digging whilst they were intrigued watching him work.
I would definitely both recommend and use this company again.

Excellent service from all at Pipeline Services. I wanted my old copper and lead mains replacing. Victoria gave me all the information that I needed via email and telephone. I was given 2 options of where the stop tap could enter the house without any disruption to the internal sub floor which was recently tiled. Chris (engineer) did a site visit to explain the 2 options, I dropped of a deposit at their office at Hazel Grove and met with Jeanette (accounts) and then Chris and Phil came along a few days later to complete the job. Chris and Phil completed the job in a day leaving no mess whatsoever inside and out, 3 small neat squares of fresh tarmac on the tarmac drive are the only visual signs that the work has been completed outside and a new location for my new stop tap inside, discreetly tucked away and out of site. Everyone I spoke with were polite, friendly and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pipeline Services Hazel Grove

Inside the house, the job turned out to be more complex than expected since there were two rising mains instead of just one, resulting in work to locate the second pipe.
