The summary is that the customer had used Pipeline Services before at her previous property and after moving in to a new house with a lead pipe contacted us for a quote. She had been impressed by our quality of work and the service we provided. We quoted the lady over the telephone and followed this up with a site visit at the customer’s request. Upon confirmation of the quote and the work involved she placed the order to proceed and the work was carried out several weeks later once we received approval from United Utilities. The work was completed on time within two days on site and the disruption was kept to a minimum. The customer is delighted with the work carried out and is now awaiting connection by the water board.
