Case Study 5

The summary is that the customer was in the process of having a new kitchen installed and discovered that the property was fed by a lead pipe. The lady saw Pipeline Services engineers working at a neighbouring property and following the homeowners recommendation, got in touch for a quotation. We carried out a full survey with a qualified surveyor and following a formal quotation, scheduled a date for the installation a few days later. There were a number of obstacles to overcome as the property is elevated from the footpath however the work was completed within the day and was left clean and tidy on departure. The customer now benefits from an upgraded water supply pipe and can continue with her new kitchen installation.
